B2B Wholesale Supply

ODM Development
We offer Original Design Manufacturing services, including product customization, design adjustments, and new product development tailored to your market requirements.
Geographic Coverage
Our services are available internationally, subject to regional protection agreements. Some markets may have exclusive distribution arrangements that restrict direct sales.
Minimum Order Requirements
All orders must meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements. Order quantities below the MOQ may be subject to additional handling fees or refusal of service.

Product Liability

Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed only upon the execution of a written purchase agreement or the issuance of a formal proforma invoice accepted by both parties. Website content does not constitute a contractual offer.
Dispute Resolution
